News on the NS/Stick™ multi-mode "guitarbass"
    The NS/Stick is a hybrid instrument with the basic design of a bass guitar plus several key Stick features. It is thus capable of seamless transitions and combinations of all string techniques including picking, plucking, strumming as well as comfortable Free Hands two-handed tapping, all at the same volume.
    Stick features include our rear neck configuration with flat beveled and flat rear surfaces, a Federally registered "trade dress" trademark. Also, we've recently introduced medium dark bamboo as a new laminate material for the bolt-on neck. Then we added a smaller version of our Stick "Rails"™ onto this tapered neck. These precision tapping frets are made of 1/8-inch stainless steel square stock. Recent developments also include a wide variety of colorful dyes and stains.
